About the Lone Star Scouts RV Club

The Lone Star Scouts RV Club is a group of Mobile Scout / Sunnybrook trailer owners who have joined together for local camping events, sharing travel stories and camping site information, Mobile Scout/Sunnybrook trailer experiences and general fellowship. The group was founded October 2000.

Members come together once a month, January through December(2nd weekend of the month unless noted in the schedule) to share ideas, travels, trailer experiences, and general fellowship activities while enjoying a camping experience in South-Central Texas. We try to stay within 250 miles of our area and have 32 paid members averaging 12-15 trailers at a campout. A host couple plan each outing and the activities the group will share. There is usually plenty of unplanned time so attendees can relax, bike, washer tossing, ladder jack, dominoes, cards and local sightseeing.

How to Join

Anyone can attend our camping events. To join, you must own a Mobile Scout / Sunnybrook trailer and be a member of the SunnyTravelers RV Club sponsored by Sunnybrook. Their membership is $25 per year.

Membership dues in the Lone Star Scouts RV Club for 2008 are $15 per couple or rig.
